My husband said, "It looks like a jog bra." It's true and it is almost as supportive so it would be great for beach volleyball. Unfortunately I wouldn't even use it for that since the cup pads completely show through the thin fabric and if you remove the pads your nipples show so I sent it back. I usually love patagonia items but this bikini top needs to be remodeled.
